This is Linka from Captain Planet. Not to date the show or anything, but Linka is the Earth-Rescuing Representative from the Soviet Union. If you grew up in the 90s, you probably (hopefully) watched this show.

The villains were my favorite part. They were all deliciously over the top, in name and in action. I have this vague memory of an episode I watched when I was about 6, where one of the villains made the heroes eat garbage.... for some reason. BECAUSE! I love the one where Linka encounters DRUGSSSS, which unfolds in a typically 90s-anti-drug-cartoon sort of way. YES. [link]

They've done studies proving that anyone between the ages of 19-30 has the ending theme tattooed on their brain. Admit it, you know the words.

Why have I never seen this before? I guess its a good thing someone got motivated enough to start a CP Group on dA. I love the satisfied smirk on Linka's face as she's sending Skumm off to his possible death.

I'm watching Captain Planet at the moment! I own all the seasons and am halfway through season 2.

But I loved the Linka drugs episode too, and her drug addled cousin decided to spike her burrito!

I love this, and am unsure as to how it slipped under my art radar.
